How do I pay for my items?

Please use the following link to access our checkout page: http://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp this will tally all shipping and give you payment options. Also, please make sure that you enter the email address that you have registered with the marketplace you were shopping on, or your item (s) will not be found.

The size of the item is listed in the item title. We do not break up the sizes for our sets.

What is your return policy?

We will be happy to exchange or refund any item in NEW & UNUSED condition with the tags, within 30 days of your receipt. Please send it back (return shipping at your own expense) in the same box/bag (or similar method) that you received the merchandise in, also include your invoice and instructions for exchange (if it's an exchange) and ship via traceable mail, WITH ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING LABEL to:

When we process refunds, we will credit your account the purchase price via the method you paid minus a 15% restocking fee - there is no restocking fee on exchanges - however there may be a small re-shipping fee. We will also email you to let you know that we will be filing for our credit for the sale. We typically process refunds once per week at the end of the week that your item arrives. If you would like an exchange, please just include that item information as well on your original invoice and we will be happy to reship it out to you. If you paid via credit card, please include the credit card number, name on card, expiration date and CVV code on back of card for prompt credit card refunds.

How much is International Shipping?

All of our products have their respective shipping rates built right into our ads for them. Please scroll down the ad and look for the "About Shipping" portion of the page. We have outlined all our items to be broken down via USA - Canada - or International rates in a chart. (In your case, it would be International). In this chart, it will identify what the rate for one item is, and also, what the rate is if the item is going to be paid for and shipped with several other items. It may quality for "FREE SHIPPING" as an add on item when bundled with several other items.

You pay for the shipping rate on the highest shipping priced item. If the ad states that the item can ship additionally for free, then it can be added to your order for no additional shipping fees (regardless of how many items you have, provided it is more than 1). Our checkout system will automatically total and combine your items and ship/charge you for all combined. All items MUST BE PAID FOR ON 1 ORDER to qualify. We cannot combine orders that have been paid for separately, or add onto a "paid" order.

Do you take personal checks?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks under any circumstances. We do however accept "eChecks" through Paypal. You may want to try this alternative, as you do not need to use a credit card to complete the process. Paypal will make sure that your "eCheck" clears and then we will ship out your merchandise within 48 hours of your check clearing and funds being transferred to our account.

What is the process for Refunds?

Can't Checkout for your items?

Please be sure you are using your correct email address when trying to Checkout for your items on our website. Our system tracks each user by their email address. We cannot combine orders for clients who use 2 separate email address, nor can we track orders for customers who use multiple email addresses.

Another problem may be that our servers have not had enough time to update your latest sales yet. If you are still unsuccessful at checking out for your merchandise, please just send us an email with your name & address and item number (s), and we can send you an invoice from our system and a Paypal email money request to make the completion of your transaction easier. How do I pay by Money Order?

If sending a Money Order (no personal checks accepted), be sure to include transaction number/Order # and shipping information with your payment. Please make out and send to the following address:

Item measurements were different than what was in the ad?

Our product line and vast selection of items are currently sourced from over 30 suppliers. Manufacturers often change item specifications for products which they seasonally stock. On the launch of a new item, a Luxury Divas writer defines it once, with an outline of the product and all special features including relevant information about the item and it's uses. We then continue to sell the item over and over - having it restocked several hundred times, during its product lift at Luxury Divas. All our specification should include the word (approx.) in their descriptions, or at least we try to include that word in the measurements of the items. Natural products, such as furs, usually tend to vary due to the dying process they undergo. All our items are brand new, straight from the manufacturers and distributors, never used. We sincerely do our best to include the appropriate item descriptions for our customers, but sometimes item specifications change slightly without us knowing.
